Our Board is made up of an elected Board including a President, Secretary/Treasurer and Several Directors. We hold monthly meetings and all members of the Board are volunteer representatives. The Board of Directors is currently in the process of developing Policies and Procedures. Currently we operate on a consensus basis.

We also have a Planning Committee, which meets throughout the year to assist in the planning of the Red River West Rendezvous. The majority of the work carried out by our organization is by volunteers. The only exception to this is when funding is secured, and only then we are able to pay someone to do a specific task.
